Pyramid of Arts 30th Birthday Banner

This banner was created by a group of Pyramid of Arts Legends group for the 30th birthday celebrations of Pyramid of Arts. A variety of techniques were used including cold water batik, tie dye, printing and free sewing. I worked with Jenny Laskowsky.
Pyramid Cycle into the Future



An energetic group of young people with learning disabilities, members of Pyramid of Arts Next Step group, worked hard discussing ideas of what they would like to see in a perfect Pyramid new building. Each bicycle wheel is designed with a room in mind including ones for art, drama, music, a cafe and a garden. Project completed with Judith Kennedy.
Leeds Lieder 2019


Working with older adults with learning disabilities we created art and music in response to works by Schumann. The work was performed and exhibited at Leeds College of Music during the Leeds Lieder Festival and was created with Sam Holden and members of Pyramid’s Legends group.
Horsforth Walk of Art 2019

This is a section of a very large felted wall hanging that was made by the children of Horsforth Feathbank School for the Horsforth Walk of Art. The theme was ‘Under the Sea’ and the children thought about the creatures and plants that live in the oceans and the plastic they are threatened by.
Bubble Up Bradford



At Leeds Bubble Up I ran an interactive workshop in Centenary Square beside the Mirror Pool. Participants made wool weavings thinking about the heritage architecture and waterways of Bradford.
Being a Woman.

This one day workshop working with the AHSA project took place at Temple Museum and engaged mainly Bangladeshi women from Beeston, who explored themes around women’s Suffrage and their positive and negative experiences.
Looking Forward


This was a twelve week community learning course which took place at the Mount NHS facility for people with mental health needs. I worked with women experiencing severe post natal depression exploring a variety of art techniques and working on individual and group projects.

Watch This Space was a series of 12 weeks projects working with parents to engage them with schools and learning. Themes such as journeys, positivity and community were explored using a variety of arts techniques.
